This session is for managers, HR personnel and colleagues of neurodiverse individuals. The session aims to increase awareness of neurodiversity in the workplace, and allow attendees the opportunity to discuss workplace specific circumstances, develop strategies to support a neurodiverse workforce, and identify next steps for their organisation.

We also offer the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism, which is the government preferred and recommended training for health and social care staff.
