To be honest, we’ve come out of the session with more questions than answers and I am questioning if I, personally, can do more. The session was hard-hitting, thought-provoking and brilliantly engaging and we covered topics ranging from unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, cultural competence and inclusive messaging.
