Crossing the Line 2: Sexual violence and harassment active bystander training  

(1.5 hours) 

This course is suitable for up to 20 people for an in-person session, or up to 15 people for an online session.

*The prerequisite for this course is completing Crossing The Line 1 or having undertaken similar introductory sexual harassment training before. 

Overview 

This course enables organisations to continue to strive to support the creation of a respectful, inclusive and safe workplace community with zero-tolerance of sexual violence and harassment. 

Attending this session will equip you with tools to become more confident in challenging harassment and inappropriate and harmful sexual behaviours including but not limited to inappropriate banter, crossing of boundaries, and physical assault, that you may witness, or be made aware of, in the workplace. Learn how to be an effective active bystander and understand the importance of collective responsibility to a supportive and respectful workplace culture. 

You will have some pre-session materials and during the session you will be able to as a group explore some scenarios and engage in discussion. At the end of the session we will share with you the course slides along with some post-session materials in order for you to do further learning and work in this area.
