Dr Lateesha Osbourne is a consultant and trainer for The Diversity Trust on the Race and Bias Team. She delivers trainings including:

Lateesha is an experienced Equality, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (EDEI) consultant. She delivers evidence- based solutions, drawing on her academic background. As a Hogan Practitioner, Lateesha provides insightful feedback using psychometric data about how we are perceived by others. She is a respected speaker, engaging in international conferences, guest lectures, panels and forums. She has developed bespoke courses on Unconscious Bias, Diversity in Practice, Decolonising the Curriculum and Micro-Inequities for clients like HiTech GP Formula 2, University of Oxford, Meta and World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
In 2022, Lateesha obtained a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bath, focusing on Black students’ sense of identity and belonging in UK higher education. Her qualitative research explored everyday experiences, including encountering “acceptable” racism on campus. She presented her findings to the Vice-Chancellor and senior managers, aiming to address the challenges faced by Black students.
In addition to her academic experience, Lateesha has experience working across public, private and Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VSCE) sectors. She excels at facilitating open, strategic discussions, identifying key issues affecting staff and leadership teams. Her expertise in sexuality, gender and race equality informs her recommendations on Widening Participation and EDEI strategies.
