This course equips participants with the skills to effectively develop and utilise Employee Network Groups (ENGs) as powerful tools for promoting inclusivity within organisations.

Participants will learn techniques for building and sustaining effective employee networks, including the creation of safe and brave spaces that encourage open dialogue and collaboration.

The course highlights the importance of advancing organisational inclusivity by exploring the role of leadership and strategies for nurturing a culture that values diversity.
