This taster session will take place on March 19th, 2025, 12-1 pm. To RSVP for this free online webinar, please complete this form.

This session will be hosted by Che Young. In this session, Che will introduce the four main categories of gender diversity, and reflect on the I, T, Q and 2S in the LGBTQIA2S+ acronym.  They will show how gender and sexuality are different things, present the facts and science behind gender variance, and discuss how gender is viewed by some other cultures around the world.

Che Young worked as a senior manager in the corporate world for 15 years, responsible for training internal and external teams for companies like BT, Siemens and Cisco.  They then qualified as an independent stress management trainer, and have been working as a freelance trainer and executive coach for the past 10 years.  With a special interest, and following requests from clients, Che turned their attention to helping people understand Gender Diversity, and Che’s business View from a Dove now offers a mix of Workplace Wellness training, and Diversity and Equality training – extending out from Gender into Sexuality, and Relationship Orientation (inc. Ethical Non-Monogamy), plus Intersectionality, and the overlap between Gender and Neurodiversity, Age, and Race/Culture/Religion.

If you have any accessibility requirements or need any adjustments to be made to enable you to fully access the webinar, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate these in time for the session.
