For The Diversity Trust, Gaia is an LGBTQ Team Coordinator with a focus on administration. She also assists with the Youth Work provision of the Trust, helping to facilitate the Alphabets LGBTQ+ groups.  

Gaia delivers training sessions for the Trust including:  

• Transgender Awareness 
• Diversity in Practice: Engaging with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) Communities 

She has extensive experience working with young people. Her previous roles include being a Member of the DCMS Youth Policy Development Group and a Youth Advisor for Boys in Mind. Through her work at Boys in Mind she developed a short film spotlighting young people’s experiences of coming out and finding their identity.  

Gaia has experience working across the education, Youth Work, and Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. 

She is trained in the Solution Focused Approach a facilitation style that allows people to genuinely be heard, have their existing strengths highlighted and amplified, and able to create solutions through hope.
