Judith Fitzsimons is an Associate Consultant for The Diversity Trust, delivering training on topics including:
- Crossing the Line 1: Understanding sexual violence and harassment in the workplace
- Crossing the Line 2: Sexual violence and harassment active bystander training
- Equality, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Diversity in Practice: Engaging with Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT) Communities
- Domestic Violence and Abuse
Judith is an experienced facilitator, trainer, coach, and consultant across learning and development. Her areas of expertise include Domestic Abuse Awareness, LGBT+ Community Awareness and Wellbeing and Resilience for Teams. She is extremely passionate about promoting resilience, wellbeing and equity among staff members and service users alike.
Judith is trained in Systemic Leadership Coaching and holds two masters’ degrees, MA Gender, Culture and Development (University of Sunderland, 2002, and MA Creative Writing (Birkbeck, 2012). Judith has experience working across the public sphere including with Local Government, and in the Voluntary and Community sectors
With over 20 years of frontline, strategic, policy, and leadership experience in the Domestic Abuse sector, Judith is well placed to facilitate conversations on challenging topics, especially around sexual harassment and domestic violence.
