A Man’s Guide to Menopause

Menopause is a natural and significant phase in a woman’s life, marked by hormonal changes and a range of physical and emotional symptoms. However, it can also be a challenging time for both women and the men in their lives who may struggle to understand and provide the necessary support.

Our workshop aims to bridge this knowledge gap by providing a safe and inclusive space for men to learn about menopause and its impact.

By attending, you will:

  • Boost your knowledge and gain a better understanding about menopause
  • Learn effective communication strategies to navigate difficult conversations and offer empathetic support during the menopause journey

This session is for managers and leaders, providing an overview of menopause and how it affects women in the workplace. It explains why it is important to be aware of the menopause and how to support colleagues through this transition.

In this session you will:

  • Learn how to write menopause policy
  • Discover how to have sensitive conversations about the menopause
  • Learn how to create an inclusive and supportive workplace environment for all
