For the Diversity Trust, Niamh Munglani is the Communications Manager and a trainer on the Race and Bias Team.
She provides training in:

As well as leading Communications for the organisation, Niamh delivers training on a range of topics, with a specialism on topics surrounding Race, Gender, Intersectionality and Decoloniality.
Niamh is a historian by training with an MA in Race, Migration and Decolonial Studies from University College Dublin. Her academic and professional interests lie in the histories and legacies of inequality, colonialism and race, and their historical and contemporary portrayal.
Niamh is interested in the representation of biracial identities, stemming from her own lived experience of being dual heritage. She has a passion for sharing previously neglected histories with the public and using history as a powerful tool for anti-racism work.
As well as being an experienced writer, researcher and presenter, Niamh has experience in the Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector, as well as the hospitality industry.
