The Diversity Trust CIC Mentoring Programme provides one-to-one mentoring support for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans (LGBT+) pupils across primary and secondary schools in South Gloucestershire. It specifically addresses issues around gender, identity, and pupils’ experiences of homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying which are impacting on their social and emotional well-being and education in terms of progress, engagement, behaviour, achievement and aspirations.
