For The Diversity Trust, Stephanie is a Consultant in:

  • Diversity, Gender & Menopause Training

Stephanie, from Northern Ireland (NI), is a consultant and trainer developing training programmes for the Community/Voluntary sector and Corporate Sector on Diversity, Gender and Menopause.

Stephanie has worked and partnered with a range of organisations including UnLtd as its first Director in NI; Manager of Social Enterprise Hub Belfast; Invest NI and local government.  She’s adept at working from the grassroots and in frontline services (e.g. STEM projects for children and a counselling organisation) through to the corporate level.

Since leaving Business in the Community, where she was the Manager of Wellbeing & Inclusion, Stephanie has been a freelance Menopause Consultant delivering Menopause training to managers and employees. Some of the leading companies that she has worked with include: Danske Bank, Open Reach, First Source, Stellify Media, Education Authority, NHS, Northern Ireland Office, Energia and Ulster University.  As a certified ILM Coach & Mentor, she’s able to leverage this, as well as drawing on her expertise from running sessions to help people manage stress.

In 2021 Stephanie joined Menopause Experts as the representative for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland; she’s since gone on to found her own consultancy, Menopause Spring. She is a qualified trainer, NLP Practitioner, Mindfulness Teacher, EFT Master Practitioner and has a Diploma in the Female Endocrine System.  She both lobbies and campaigns on menopause-related issues.

Stephanie was awarded Inspiring Woman of the Year NI 2016 by Business Online Magazine.
